Beef with Carbon Poker

    So I've been playing on carbon poker for a while now cause the cash games are about as soft as your going to get on the internet, and about a week ago i satty'd into their APPT qualifier this saturday. A couple of days ago I decided to play another satty for this saturdays tournament assuming They would just credit my account with the money if I won which I did. I then asked them how come I wasn't compensated in any way for this, and I was told you can only use one ticket and I would get nothing for the second one I won including my buy in for the original satellite. Basically they said that they were keeping everyones money and just giving me nothing which made me furious, and so I asked for a manager, at this point the guy says "There is no manager try back in 5 hours we seek your understanding regarding this matter." So i lose it on the guy and he says why would you even play another satellite if you already have a seat....anyways it was so difficult to even talk to the guy cause theyre located in one of em loser european countries, and now I'm out my satty buy in the second ticket is useless, and not even the second place finisher can have my ticket, and I'm a regular on the site, I dont think I've gone a day without putting in a session for about 2 months now. I was wondering if anyone else plays on carbon or just has any comments in general. I've also posted the only thing I could find on the carbon website regarding this situation and I think it backs my point but it's weird with their wording:

    "If the winner of a seat to a Live Event wins additional seats, they may not be sold or transferred. Your CarbonPoker account will be credited with the equivalent to the buyin and entry fee of the Live Seat Satellite."
