  1. Had dropped outta the Online poker gig for a long time, had pushed the Live game for a long time.

I'm a winning Limit player live. Mostly 3-6 to 6-12 live. Prolly 75% of time is played @ 3-6 and 4-8.

Anywho... poker in Colorado kinda sucks, no local cardhouses, you gotta drive like over an hour and more to play 2-5 spread.

Had some really great winning sessions here, just not really the same when you have to make a project out of getting there. I liked driving for 15-20 mins and playing in bigger games and tournies. Biggest cash live here was around 100 BB's after 8 hour session. A true grind in the rock gardens... Not bad, just a real project to get to these places in the mountains.

Where does a guy play nowadays online? I still have an account at pokerstars. Just a couple bucks in there.

Good place I think to start. Don't know if I want to play cash games or just hit some MTT's.

What's the environment like now? Other sites to try?

    Thanks for the input.

    Tim
  2. Full Tilt and stars. Best 2 sites. I like Stars for cash and Tilt for MTT. GL sir
  3. With the rakeback/deposit bonus on FTP i think that is a great place to start for cash games...there tourny structure is good also and many satellites=many bad players involved.

stars is great also, tons of players, and the little debit card makes depositing/cashing out easier
  4. Was just looking at that... The All Access Visa??

    Is that right?

Was gonna order and Send some moola WU.

    Thanks in Adavance

  5. To be honest what worked best for me was to start at a smaller site like Bodog, UB where everything isn't so overwhelming, and if you are looking for tourneys the fields are much smaller. Build there, and then move to stars and Tilt. Good luck...just moved to Boston from Ft. Collins so know exactly what you are talking about.

  6. Definitely agree Full Tilt and stars. Make SURE you sign up for Full Tilt through a Rakeback site! Trust me...it costs nothing and only benefits you. PM me if u need help w this. I can't give you one because its against regulations (easy to find via Yahoo search). Don't bother looking for one for Stars because it doesn't exist :(.
    NOT WP Stars.
  7. If you want to get started on the MTTs, I would say Absolute gives u the best chances. The fields are small and players quite weak. Best place to get ur feet wet IMO. Then when you get comfortable go to stars.
