  1. I've had money disappear from my betfair account on Saturday 15th Jan and Sunday 16th Jan.
Although i'm not sure of the exact amount, i know its between a minimum of $520, up to ~$800 (maybe more?)

They are reassuring people it will be refunded but i'm starting to worry as i've had no refund yet but i know some people have.

I have emailed them again, but they can take a while to respond and haven't yet responded to the email i sent yesterday.
It's very frustrating, and although it's not a huge amount of money it's significant to me and i feel very strongly that in principle they should not be able to get away with effectively stealing from their customers.

Althgouh it's not exactly proof i sent a PT graph of my saturday session showing +$50, however my account was -$500 and clear statements from them showing buyins which were never refunded. I have all hand history tracked on PT.

My question would be where do i stand legally with this and how long should i give them until i take futher action to reclaim this money? I know a lot of users here are in the USA so probably don't play there but any help or advice is much appreciated.

    Thank you
  2. y play on betfair?

  3. Soft cash games + nice rakeback..
Most of the money returned to my account, just a few hundred$ still owed which they have assured me will be sent soon.

I wouldn't recommend playing on betfair
