  1. I'm considering playing on this site. Does anyone have any info., opinions, etc. about betfair?

    Thanks

  2. betfair is massive in the UK and Ireland. Its primarily an exchange sportsbook - there is no house as such , punters can back and lay bets against each other. They had their own poker network up until recently and I think they're with On Game now.

Never played much poker there but its sportsbook has huge traffic so you're bound to get lots of them swimming over to poker.
  3. It's very soft and i think the software is easily as good as ipoker's, and they have some good guaranteed mtt's too. Give it a go
  4. Awesome! Thanks guys. I'll give it a shot.

  5. Used to play quite a bit of .25/.50 cash there and it's an easy game. Made a tidy profit over a few months.

  6. Like ipoker betfair(ongame) is going downhill pretty fast. Their GTDs are getting smaller by the week (it feels like that at least).
But the players are awful, so give it a go.
  7. ^ Same with pkr; betfair provides an awful-value array of MTTs. Best avoided imo, but the lure of the easy cash games means it's worth a look at least.
