    I hate to say this, but they do not mention any US-based creditors in the indictment. The indictment mentions "casino games" as well as the sports betting. Basically, the contacts BOS had with the US are the same that any major poker site has -- direct mail, advertisements, and internet access.

    which includes a lot of speculation in the industry that the feds might arrest Calvin Ayre at this bodog conference in Vegas later this month.

    I don't think this is an isolated event. This is the start of a crackdown.
