I read this guest article a few days ago, and since following the advice I've bombed out early in a couple of MTT's (no luck on stars), but I've FTed two and won good money in a multi-table SNG on Poker Room. I also have applied the concepts of early MTT play to early-blinds play in SNG's. Just finished cleaning up a $16 turbo on Stars. It will take time, I realize, to see how such play pays off in the long run, but the article did get me thinking about loosening up a bit early on and his comments on mid- to late-stage MTT play serve as a nice corollary to Harrington's thoughts on the subject.
Props to bfactor.
