HOW MUCH DID U TAKE HIM FOR...i'D LIKE TO SEE SOME HH PLEASE
-
Would love to see HH since we can't view them anymore!
-
I wasn't watching but I would love to see. I stick to 10/20 NL, but I have made a run at the 50-100 before (3K to 17K in 45 minutes hehee, too bad I lost half it the next day in a limit game lol)
HHs would be awesome -
basically.. he was trying to run me over.... and he was doing a good job of it... wasn't going to let it happen anymore and i started to play back a little more....
this was one of those hands when i had an eerie feeling that he was making a play.... i just knew it....so i decided to do a checkraise bluff... i figured if he actually had the hand he would have raised on the flop (he is ALWAYS aggressive) or he woudlve value betted a little more on the turn in hopes imight come over the top...

Hey Taylor...do you guys ever get more than 3 people at a table in that game? If not, how often do you play 6-10 handed? Any hands that you think are interesting and would like to comment on, I would love to read. Also, and you can just tell me to mind my own business...I was always wondering...if you are playing the normal bankroll rules, I saw mahatma multitabling 3 tables the other night...this would mean, to play "according to the rules" whatever that means, he would have to have 300K in his bankroll..are you guys really making THAT much online..that you pay your bills and things and still maintain a bankroll of 300K? Or do the rules sort of change when youre at that level?
-
I THOUGHT MAHATMA WAS MAHATMA WAS HE PLAYING UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME?
-
they have way more then 300k. 50/100 regulars easily bring in 1mill per year.. mahatma makes the most out of anyone for online i heard.. (last years figures) so i dunno.. taylor prolly knows him in person maybe he will shed some light but i know its way over 1 mill per year for mahtma
if you wish to be ignorant and consider my reply ubsurd.. just remember that mahatma has had some sessions wher ein a single day he has won over 250,000... my numbers are very low at best -
Its amazing to me that they can bring in that much...not that I dont think they are that good, but I didnt realize there were enough people playing regularly at that level to make that much money...unbelievable...
-
I hear ya Supermoves. That's what's always confused me. Are there enough fish out there for them to make this much money at that level? It would seem they continue to take each other's money and then give it back to each other over a period of time if they're that good.
Funny you wrote that today, Green Plastic. I was driving home from work today and wondered if you and Mahatma had played heads up lately.
Thanks for the hand histories. I always enjoy reading your posts.
Gun -
playing him again now.... will answer ?s as i go if i can...
tc -
Readzie, in an earlier post, you said you make $200K a year. What game(s) are you playing and where to make so much money?
-
yes
-
Hey Green Plastic... I saw you sitting with $35000, but then later i came back and you had 10,000 but it didn't look like anyone else had won that money from you on the table. Did you cash out most of that and then rebuy in or something?
Sorry if thats intrusive... just wondering. Rooting for you too BTW. Good Luck

Green Plastic: ok I gotta go get this laundry out, ill try to make it back before it (UB) kicks me out

k im requesting the hh now...
this goes down as my best night.... feels great against a guy who is such a jerk to me...
take care and ask any questions....il be happy to answer
tc -
First of all Congrats taylor..always nice to see a jerk get his butt whipped..hehe...But I have a question on this hand....on the flop, you bet, he raises...at that point, why go in for 20x his bet? I mean, dont you WANT the call there? I would have thought a raise to 5K would have been fine..did his play somehow indicate that he would call..or were you overbetting to make it look like a steal? This is the kind of hand and info that really improves our game...thank you!
-
jsbuyn i said iam on pace to make 200k ;)
-
Sweet ginger brown Taylor! I guess Mahatma changed his name since people were figuring out his game? I love watching you run up chips, put him on tilt for a couple days.
Lou Pinella -
supermoves - did he call this bet?
mahatma usually thinks when i raise absurdly large i am bluffing....often times i will overbet a good hand to throw him off.... i dont remember which had it was.... but that may have been my thought process - often times a really good player refuses to think someone would overbet a pot because they would WANT action with a big hand... that is the logic...
that being said.. .after you make a few big overbets and they call and get busted... yhou can start to do that with rags....they will start to fold legitimate hands (top pair, etc) because they have seen you do the same thing with huge hands and the bet is too big to just keep someone honest if you arent sure...
hope this helps a little bit...
tc -
well i gotta know, why aren't you in vegas if you're 21?
granted though, it sounds like your night tonight is quite profitable enough. -
Yo Green. How much green you pull in tonite. Damn dude you've taken several 5 figure pots off that guy and he keeps coming at you. Is he bad with alotta money or DRUNK?
-
Hey Green,
I think I'm the one who turned you on to pocketfives right? Does that deserve a $1000 finders bonus for all of the support your getting now?
Nice job man, really jealous.
