  1. Hey all.

Just had a little argument with my friend where he told me that the biggest online cashgame pot ever played was lost by Norwegian player Johnny Lodden (bad_ip). The pot was $470k. I have confirmed that it was in fact the biggest cashgame pot ever when it went down, and my friend says it still is. I would think that bigger pots have taken place later.

Anybody know? And if you do know, what is the biggest online pot played today?

  2. i won a 7 cent pot two nights ago, everyone folded when i raised
  3. i thought when prima was the big game (300-600 or 200-400 hu)...one of the pots was over 800k

i could be way off though
  4. didnt ivey have like a 400k pot last month? or was it 100k? i dont know why i speak i dont know crap.
  5. gus had 500k on the table last night, surely he would have had to win a pot to get that, one of the biggest?
  6. I have seen at least a $1,328 pot before. I think it was on a 5/10 nl table.
  7. i lost 500$ in 1 hand one time. man, that sucked.
  8. Don't know about the biggest pot ever, but the biggest pot I personally ever won in a cash game was 115 bucks, on stars. The guy went all in and I called with pocket Q's. He turned over KK and I caught a Q on the turn.
  9. wtf.. we dont wanna here all your stories.. read the OP.. i also heard ivey was involved in a pretty big online game the other month
  10. biggest on hsdb is 465k
  11. haha i love the post on $115 pot where he catches a q on the river ... i have to go with that as being in the top 100,000,000 pots ever .. well done sir
  12. Ivey felted himself in Omaha FT 500-1000 for a 350k pot.....called it off on 2pr, basically junk...

  14. it wasn't gus, it was Zigmund, after he stacked Ivey for over 100k
  15. I posted a screenshot of the pot yesterday of Ivey vs. Ziig. I think it was about 300k.

It's in my blog on cardrunners "nomo4life".
  16. the pot yesterday if i remember right was 372k won with a set of 10's and ivey had top 2 on flop
  17. sigh thats not the point. point is him having 500K on the table is in no way an indication that there must have been a 500K pot.
  18. If you actually watched last nights 500-1k match between zigmund and ivey....zigmund won 2 different pots - boths of which were worth 360k in the span of about 10 minutes to end up sitting with half a million when ivey sat our. I didnt watch the beginning but railbirds were saying that ivey only lost 100k - so zigmund must have been in the game for 400k.
  19. i caught the last 20 hands or so but the pot where zig insta checked/raised allin the river on a 5 8 10 5 Q board holding x5QQ was amazing. knowing ivey would be aggressive and lead out when checked to and trusting it. very amazing play.
  20. It was a good match -- lots of hh have been posted on 2+2 as well
