Yes it is embarrasing for all of you The internet donk aggression has gotten so out of hand that you people think shoving into a paired board with people behind you with a queen high flush draw is the right play.. LOL I am not an internet player .. I am a poker player.. if you guys want to be overly aggressive and risk your whole stack on the come with a paired board then feel free LOL Me? I think calling >>> shoving here fwiw. You're getting better immediate odds than you need to chase your draw and I think leading w/ trips here is completely standard and would be a mistake to take trips out of his range or weight his range away from trips if you thought he was at all decent. If he bet bigger shipping might be better, but generally if you're getting solid odds to chase your draw, why not take them?

Actually im not saying this is why he did it but I know in casinos in upstate NY i have chopped HU because the structure is so bad that its basically who gets lucky within a few hands when your forced to shove back and forth and are flipping for an extra $800 .. skill goes out the window so taking an extra $400 is +EV .. and im pretty sure OP mentioned the structure is brutal and turns into a turbo shovefestOriginally Posted by mutt6363

because live structure is super bad in most local casinos so I bet when it was heads up they each had like 10x the BB so it comes down to more of luck.

Structure and your fold equity makes the shove fine. Putting you on 2 diamonds is either the best live level ever or a standard live donkament quote.
As much as I'd like to call out peoples' scores‚ it's usually bad form. But since the guy turned out to be an epic douchenozzle‚ it's all good.
