1) I was disconnected from Bodog, upon reconnecting I pick up aces and see that my "Auto Fold" checkbox is not checked. So it comes around to me and it auto folds anyway!
2) Later in same tournament, on flop my time banks runs out and it 'checks' my hand and switches it to auto-fold. I immediately uncheck auto-fold. On turn it folds my hand anyway.
We know Bodog software sucks, but this really isn't cool. Pretty sure at least #2 has been around for a long time. Anyone else have these problems and is there any way to fix it or get a refund for it? -
It's not a software bug if yo uask them.
Explanation is that the data stream is displaying behind the action (Getting delayed in cyberspace)
So yo ucan't act fast enoug hto play teh hand bc it was behind.
THe solution is to close the table and re-open. Do this any time you get DC'd. CLose table and re-open so it gets up-todate stream.
Sorry, but that's the way it's working currently. (Not repping the 'DOg, just what I've learned from talking to them.)
Do a search you'll fiond lots of info on here about it. See the Bodog email thread -
you don't have to restart for prob #1.
As far as your software is concerned, the box is checked. It's just not showing up on your interface.
Check, then uncheck the box and you should be good to go, the software and interface will now be synced again.
I always do this whenever I have a short disconnect there, assuming that autofold is actually on.
