    I don't take any of this personally, no worries guys, but thank you very much for making it clear that this is not personal- I appreciate it!

    All I'm trying to tell you is that I am sending all the feedback that you post in the forums straight to the decision maker at Bodog Network. He is the one who delegates all action items and makes the decisions about everything Bodog Network. He does not personally have time to read forums or post on them. If you have customer service issues, I highly recommend that you contact the CS of the Bodog licensee which you are playing on based on your location (bodog.com, bodog.ca, bodog.co.uk) as they are excellent and can take care of your issue much faster than I can. If CS is unable to help or does not help you to your satisfaction, please let me know and I will speak directly with the appropriate decision maker on your behalf.

    I really appreciate the kind words, but I do want to be sure that the position I have with Bodog Brand is clear to everyone.

    1)As the Global Bodog Brand Ambassador I report directly to Calvin Ayre and help to ensure that the facts about BodogBrand.com, the franchise model, the Bodog licensees, and Calvin's role are accurate in forums, articles, and even within conversations at igaming events. In this role I am in direct touch with each Bodog licensee and I am kept in the loop on everything that is going on in Bodog Brand world. This is why Calvin has asked me to have a presence on every major igaming forum in existence- I serve as a high level liaison as I am already in close touch with the people you guys need to get your feedback in front of and the people who can get your problems solved quickly if CS is unable to help.

    2)I am also serving as the head reporter for CalvinAyre.com, an igaming information, news, and lifestyle "tablog" which will be launched within one week. I am one of the main personalities on this site along side of Calvin, so as I'm sure you can see, a forum presence is only a piece of my position with Bodog Brand.

    I wanted to say something like this...we don't need contact with THE decision maker, just some key middle management personel.

  10. Well, FWIW, with a litttle effort you can talk direct to some of these people, but it's one on one. And most of the things I have discussed with them would be better discussed with a group of players with varied opinions.

    I remember they had these panel surveys before that could have been pretty effective, except that the questions where along the lines of "Would you describe the poker client as sexy? Yes or No?" That's a terrible paraphase, but those who took the survey know what I mean. The questions had nothing to do with anything of any importance.
