Bodog Checks vs pokerstars checks

    Why do I have to fax or mail all this information to them so they can send me my check. I dont have to do all this crap to get my pokerstars checks. WTF is up with bodog?

    do you use the same deposit methods with both stars and Bodog?

    yeah I used my credit card to deposit. and now I aparently have to send all this crap into bodog to get my bodog check

    when you deposit w/ your credit card on Bodog, a prompt informs you that you'll have to send in identificaton in order to withdraw - you agree to this when you deposit. shouldn't be a surprise, and you shouldn't worry - just fax/email them pic of your driver's license

    I went through the same process with BODOG... It is a hassle, but is for your own protection to ensure you are using your own credit card. If you fax it in, they are very prompt communicating receipt of the fax and I got my check in less than a week

    This is very reasonable. They want to know that the credit card is in fact in your name and that you do in fact have physical possession of said credit card.
