    The "my account" and "deposit" screen was freezing up on me yesterday. Could be the same issue. Seems to be running awkwardly, though, for sure.

    This software is getting worse by the minute. I can't get mine to restart either unfortunately...

    same. just made final table and it crashed. will not restart on either computers...

    yea......I am losing my patience with this site for sure. Nate is a champ and all but it is just getting untolerable.

    Yeah, extremely lame. I had a nice stack in the 3k and some money on a cash table. This shit is only gonna drive me to leave there for good, AGAIN, LoL! Must be real hard to keep a site running. How does pokerstars, Fulltilt, etc etc pull it off?

    god the CS people have gotten dumber..at least they answer i guess and respond to emails but when you "double pts" over 2k that equals 4k..how do they not understand this concept is beyond me. i've read the page and it says a double lump sum. they are trying to tell me doubling 2k is that you get 2k not 4k at the end of the month..

    am i missing something? or my math skills wrong?

    sorry. I was agreeing with you originally, but I understand what they meant now.

    If you earn 2k, you get a 2k bonus. So at the end of the month, you already have the original 2k points you earned in your account. They owe you the 2k bonus. Put together you are at 4k total.

    If you earned 5k in te month, they'd owe you bonus 5k at months end.

    So they are correct actually.

    In contrast, if yo uearned 1800 points over the month, you get nothing as a bonus.

    yeah i understand that part but its funny because in January i earned 4k+. in feb i was credited with 8k in two separate deposits. so when i asked them for the jan 1- jan 31 they couldnt pull it up, they were having problems and the client only goes back 31 days. and i trashed the email saying my account was credited with 8k points.ssigh..

    Absolute scam/joke site. Last week got a $100 rando bonus, ran it up some then tried to cash out. LOOOOOL. They reuested documentation and whatever, so I sent what they wanted, then few days later, email saying they need more documentation. Eventually after run-around phone convos and emails I just tilted the money off in cash games. Never will touch again.
