  1. I don't post too much, but bodog really pissed me off when I called to ask for my OWN account informtion (transaction history for 2008). I'm trying to get my information for taxes and every other site gave me the information I desired no problem, except bodog. It is just such horrible costumer service to not give somebody their OWN account information. Not only is that bad, but their game selection, software and many other things are awful about this site. I highly recommend against playing there!! They also don't have a way to transfer money between players, which makes your money comletely stuck there if you do well there and run bad on a different site. Their sportsbook also has some of the highest amounts of juice on their lines (you have to pay the house more than at other sites) Most of this if probably not new information to you, but not being able to get your OWN account information is just a joke. No wonder nobody plays there.
  2. I stopped gambling there after it took 90+days for a payout
  3. I agree with you. However this should make you feel better.

I like bodog dont play on there much but I think its a fine site
  6. awwww poor DuckU

my heart goes out to you, sir.

  7. i agree the software at bodog is really bad and you probably cant get your information for tax purposes from them, because they probably dont keep any sort of records on players
  8. Thinly veiled brag attempt about your bodog account probably being boomswitched for life too. GTFO.

This made me lol cuz it's prolly the truth. No player to player transfers, hell lets not care bout records!
  13. I understand where you are coming from in regards to them not giving you your OWN information. But who's responsibility is it really for you to get your OWN information? Shouldn't you, as a professional and independent worker, keep track of your OWN information?

I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'
  14. FWIW, I've emailed them (support@bodoglife.com I think) the last two years to request my records for taxes. They were able to send me a PDF with every tournament I played for the entire year and every transfer (deposit/withdrawal) I made. It came in a pdf file instead of an excel file, which was a slight pain to transfer to excel, but it gave me everything I needed. Also, to my surprise, they sent it in an average of 3 days after my email each year.

Their schedule sucks, and I've pulled all my money from their site and won't have to deal with them in the future though.

Yes and no...sites can give u a ton of information with a click of a button. You gonna dig thru all ur HHs or you gonna email stars for a specific one and boom, 10 min later they give it to you. Or how bout you want to know all ur xfers over the course of the year? You may keep track but want to compare it? Boom stars xfers u it all. Convenience is obv a big factor.

EDIt: and if ur a 30 tabling mtt player or whatever and put in a lot of sessions it's hard to record every tidbit of info...u got a lot going on and a ton of info
  16. I don't dispute that they probably should keep it and that its convenient, but throwing a temper tantrum all because he has to track his own info is slightly annoying. Post a "Bodog is a joke" thread in a public forum is probably not the best way to garner support for your argument. And look at what thechemist just posted. Maybe Ducku got a bad answer, who knows, but are they really gonna be inclined to help him now?
  17. for that site i just go to the cashier tab and go to messages. i make a print out of all the times i cash out. never deposit so its easy. but im no pro and dont make 500k/yr or more like you.
  18. They have sent records in past years, but refused to do so this year. I emailed and called them, but they said repeatedly that they won't send me my account info (transaction history). The guy on the phone kept saying, "because online poker is illegal in the US, we can't email you your records." Just rediculous.

  19. bodog definately has its fair share of problems, but still a nice little site where a decent amount of $ can be made

  20. I emailed them and requested the info just like you. They sent it within 15 mionutes, in both PDF and Excel formats.

learn to run better with CS imo

Same here. Sent it within 10 minutes of request.

Call and ask for a supervisor. I'm sure it's just the CSR's incompetence and not an actual formality.
  22. LOL @ other people getting the info so quickly...

Bodog's personal grudge against ducku, perhaps??

    wow, that's bad.
  25. I just recieved a call from a bodog supervisor, who apologized for his employee and gave me the information I had previously requested. With that said, I may have just ran into a couple very bad employees of bodog who first responded to my email and phone call.
