Okay, back in 2006 when Bodog was the shiznit i got a chance to play josh arieh for winning the Weekly TLB they had going on each week until a couple months back. Weekly prize was a 1k HU match against your pick of Josh A. or David Williams. I played Josh a couple times but one particular time was for 10k. If the previous winner does not beat him then the 1k is carried over to the following week. I ran into a cooler and rest is w/e. Here is a thread about it from back in 2006. It's quite amusing...

Took some time off a while after that, got promoted at work, got married, finished college all great stuff...
Now that Bodog has gotten rid of the TLB, many players are discouraged because of the direction bodog wants to take their poker site. Basically to attract new players rather then keeping grinders(experienced players) from overrunning their poker rooms. I get it w/e. And for the record Nate Avenson can only do so much. What he has accomplished is more then what im sure most of us even thought was going to happen but he is just the voice, not the savior for bodog. Replacing the TLB is the King of the Felt Promotion. KOTF competition is where you recieve tickets based on playing in Bodog SitnGo's and at the end of each week a raffle is taken place to where a ticket is drawn. This is supposed to attract more attention to their SnG's and create more recreational players. Well it just so happened that my name was drawn this week . I maybe played 5 sitngo's the previous week to get drawn but Thank You Poker god's for the opportunity.
I would love if some of the old skool players on bodog could come show some support and give me a good rail. The player i am playing is named Peep and is a reigning 5 week champion totalling 5k in winnings. Wish me luck !!!
