Bodog Payouts

    I play on bodog all day everday. I have paid over 12k in rake since April according to PT. I have made a deposit through Western Union, that never made it to my account by the way.

    I received 4 payouts for 3k each after I attemped to make that deposit via Western Union. The most recent payout for 3k that I requested has been denied because "Western Union is not your primary method of depositing."

    I have been informed that Bodog is no longer doing payouts via Western Union simply because you have made 1 deposit that way. So now I am stuck receiving checks 2+ months later.

    I know that many posts have been made about this. I just wanted to update everyone.

    I'll one up you...

    I requested a check back in May for 2k. Did not receive it until the end of July. Deposited the check, it was declined because the payment processor no longer existed/didn't have enough funds. My bank completely froze all my accounts because they thought I was trying to scam them and/or the business where the check was coming from was trying to scam me. After getting that all cleared up, I get on the phone with Bodog tell them my situation and how much inconvenience they've caused me and their only response, "We'll be sending you a new check that you can expect in 40+ business days."

    By the time I get the check and hopefully it clears, it will have been almost 1/2 a year for one damn check. I'm done with bodog and all their bullshit. Yes they might have prompt customer service but it is absolute shit, not once did they offer to compensate me in some way to try and make up for all the issues they caused for me.

    Dear Mobley,

    Thank you for contacting Bodog Poker Customer Service.

    In regards to your query, we have taken a look into your account and seen that you made deposits via credit cards and the one deposit you did via Western Union failed.

    For you to have receive a payout through western union it would have been your primary method of depositing into your account.

    The only other option that is available for you to receive your payout is through check by courier and it takes 40 business days. We do apologise for the issue your having, but that is the policy. Your payout is received by the method you deposited funds to your account.

    i just think bodog payouts are garbage now, requested a moneygram from them on the 30th of july, supposed to be average of 7 day waiting period before receiving a reference number, nothing yet. ftp, abs, ub are all sending reference numbers the following day, bodog just needs to stop sucking, none of their payout methods are quick

    Why would anyone play in the $250k? So that you could recieve checks for 3k for the next year?

    Make a deposit using moneygram. I receive my money so quickly from them.

    The obvious goal of offering the $250k is to try to recover a little good will no doubt, but it doesn't seem to be working too well....

    Anybody know the approximate date that bodog switched checks by courier from 20 days to 40 days???

    I am going to call support tonight about a cashout made when they claimed 20 days, well its been 40... gotta come at em guns blazing.

    All you have to do is use Moneygram. The US gov stung them for ~$25 mill so the checks are hard to process. Very simple concept.
