    I just recently found out HOW EASY it is to do this. Deposited$50 on Tiger which has a 1st time 100% match and earned the necessary 500 POP points and recieved my $50 in 2 days...

    For those of you who follo this please give me a list of all the bonuses you know and mind you I have only made a real money deposit on UB and partypoker - at all other sites I will be a first time depositer....

    as far as i know, fox is the resident p5s whore (j/k), but i will answer anyway.

    first, check out bonuswhores.com for current bonuses. they also let you know which ones clear faster than others. just make sure you use the links from p5s to signup.

    here's what i've done recently:
    empire (party skin)
    pokerroom
    intertops (party skin)
    gaming club (prima)
    holdempoker.com (pokerroom network)
    pokerplex (crypto)
    crazy poker (prima)
    interpoker (crypto) also has a monthly bonus that i think doesn't expire

    all party bonuses clear easy but empire is cracking down on bonus whoring.
    low limit games on pokerroom are easy and clear the bonus fairly well - i multitabled 1/2 and 2/4.
    gaming club is tough - most of the bonus must be cleared at 2/4 or higher.
    i suggest putting some money into pokerplex before the end of the month to get their $50 bonus. then you can get it for next month also.
    i tried noble poker for their huge bonus, but it clears slowly and i hated the software.
    stars sometimes has deposit bonuses - i got one, and their bonuses don't expire.

    The list of bonuses is as long as the list of sites, and tehy are all fighting hard for new players these days. It costs a site an average of $225 to recruit each new player, so they don't mind giving you a generous bonus to get you signed up. Rather than spend hours writing an article on bonus whoring (I'll get around to that one fo these days) I can offer some suggestions.

    1. Get out your calculator and learn how each bonus works. Some sites offer a 1000% bonus that is paid so slowly that it breaks down to a 3% rake rebate. Worthless. Break each bonus down and see how much money you will make with it and how to collect it most easily.

    2. Once you do the numbers you'll see that BoDog rocks and UB sucks when it comes to bonus whoring. Be careful with BoDog though, I know a number of people who have gotten emails about "abusing the bonus program". If you wait a few days between withdrawals and redeposits you'll avoid tipping off BoDog that you are whoring their bonuses.

    3. Find ways to get in a lot of raked hands. Most sites count raked hands for their bonuses. On the party network you will find that Pot Limit Omaha HiLo and NL Hold Em are the best games to collect your bonus dollars. At BoDog and stars you will find that SNG's are the fastest way. At UB the fastest way is to play limit games for a million hours and then be thankful for the 6 dollars in bonus money you have collected.

    4. Get a Neteller and an IGMPay account, because some sites will give you an extra bonus with one or the other.

    5. If you need to get an account at a Party skin and it won't let you because you have an account at another skin, then you need to go to a new computer for the sign up phase. After this you can play all your accounts at home on the same computer with no problem.

    6. Get accounts for each site and make sure they are all under the same email account. Most sites will email you about upcoming bonuses.

    7. Check out www.pokerfox.net where we talk about bonus whoring a lot, and put www.bonuswhores.com on your favorites list and check it often. Double check anyhting they say on bonus whores with your own calculator, I have seen them make many mistakes, and some of the info. is outdated. They do have current bonuses listed on the front page, and those are usually accurate.

    My favorite site for whoring is BoDog, followed by the Party skins, and Absolute. I probably move my money into ten different sites each month as various bonuses appear that are worth collecting.
    Stars just announced a reload bonus by the way, which is great because they don't offer an initial deposit bonus. It comes in at a fairly good clip playing ring games, and an awesome rate playing SNG's or other tourneys. The bonus dollars come in at the same rate you pay tourney fees on Stars, so you can play 50+5 SNG's and they are really 50+0 while you have bonus dollars.

    If you want to be a serious bonus whore get yourself a calender too, and plot out your bonuses. It's all about being organised. I make about 1k a month in bonuses, and people who are really serious about it probably make another three or four hundred. If you can show a significant profit on your play, then you can probably break $2500 a month between winnings and bonuses just playing 3/6 or $25 NL tables part time. It's how I built my bankroll. These days I play higher and don't whore as much, but when there's free money I sure take it.

    Fox - Great post.

    I just want to emphasize that if you want to bonus whore as a lower-stakes player, then the best (and fastest) way to do it on most sites is O8B (I play limit on stars, PL on FTP and UB)...it is an action game, and if you have any clue as to what you are doing it is a very beatable game as most of the players at the lower stakes don't really understand the game and can't lay down one-way draws (especially lows) to big bets.

    This game is a useful part of any bonuswhores arsenal.

    www.bonuswhores.com has it all. Absolute poker has the most reloads. I built alot of my bankroll there. Just started playing bodog. The bonus is king there too.
