Harrington on Holdem is also very usefull for SNGs.

I think Sklansky's Tournament Poker for Advanced Players gives you some good ideas about how to think in tournament situations. I know I use things that I learned in that book in every SNG that I play. The Harrington books both use single table tourney's as examples a lot, and McEvoy wrote a book on satellites that is pretty good, though it's a little to basic for some people.
