Just because his vagina itched a little, doesn't give him the right to enter a woman's event, even if you can't legally turn him away. Actually, if women want to be treated equally in society they shouldn't have social events that are limited to only them. It only enforces the thought that females are inferior to men and thus need their own events in order to be on equal playing ground.
