Got this response regarding possible collusion that I reported, although they didn't find collusion FTP is taking action due to the players idiocy:

the following possible relationships between these two players:

* Geographical proximity
* Shared computers
* Player to player transfers
* Shared payment processors
* Frequency of play in the same cash games or tournaments

After reviewing the evidence, we were pleased to find that these players
are not involved in any collusion or unfair play. I have reviewed the
hand mentioned in your email and can assure you that the chat would not
of changed this players decision regarding folding. However, this type
of chat during play is not allowed, so we will take the necessary
actions regarding this player.

We appreciate your feedback, and if you see any other unusual behavior
at our tables, please let us know and we'll happily look into it.
