    High Stakes db has sbrugby down over $2,000,000 in last 365 days, and he is playing 10-20 and 5-10 NL on FTP. Plus, I hardly ever see his name around these days. Seemed like this guy was suppose to be the next Ivey then he kind of fell off the map, anyone heard or read anything about his success lately?

    not broke or anywhere near, probobly just making a cardrunners video. He also doesnt like to play that much lately for some reason.

    It's almost like when you're playing these nose-bleed stakes you get these huge swongs or something.

    Even if he was straight up busto to his last dollar he could get staked and since he owns a piece of Cardrunners and won more millions that he lost for your sample size over the last 3ish years I doubt he is the busto, maybe not as robusto as when he was crushing $3-600NL daily but probably balling out more than you or I.

    dudes been training for a triathlon. I thnk that has something to do with him playing less these days

    True it could be a cardrunners video. But 2 million down in last year is pretty big. 50 max buyins (200-400) at the stakes an online cash game player usually plays, is typically a large part of the roll.

    if im not mistaken i believe lederer and a few others were ripping on townsend for a few hands he played in a big game not too long ago on poker after dark... not that this has anything to do with the original question

    well if Lederer is saying it then he must be a donk. Are you kidding me? Lederer is the one of the softest spots when he is at a table with Townsend. GTFO

    I think it's been stated before that Townsend has never been afraid to drop down stakes if he's on a bad down swing or doesn't think he's playing his best. I'm glad he's smart enough not to let himself go broke.

    he was on cash plays a couple weeks ago and said he was going to be playing lower limits in both nl and limit for some card runners videos for full tilt. He was even going to do some under a different screen name so people wouldnt know it was him and he said anyone that lost money to him in those games(diff screen name) would get a refund from Full Tilt. Pretty cool IMO

    There are very few games at higher stakes. One night there was only one game greater than 5-10 going. He did mention in his blog he had to borrow from his IRA to play in high stakes poker.

    Slugger was talking about the guy who actually registered for this site 5 days ago, not you. He is also the guy that you replied your first post in this thread to.

    Slugger also started his post by Jay AKA your P5's name, kinda like if he were to start one with Sean, I would assume he was talking TO me not ABOUT me.
