Automatically pick up a small amount of chips from the side pot when the guy limps in for 400. I slid to make sure I'm heads up because i want to keep him around so I can run the other 2 guys down while hes super short. Also J4 vs a random hand cant be all that bad, I'm prolly some where in the 40's for EV against the blind all in.
  2. oops. lol.
  3. "I'm heads up because i want to keep him around so I can run the other 2 guys down while hes super short."

I really like this idea. You have such a big stack that you can pick up so many Blinds and antes simply from their fear factor.

Very insightful. I seriously am going to try this....thanks for sharing and wording it that way!!!

  4. I think this is a great play.

Becuase of i hearts limp the side pot has more chips in then the main pot. Pushing all in there makes it so iheart can not call unless he has a big hand. So you win the side pot plus are against the all in SB who has a random hand that you wont be in to bad of shape against.

The best part is that it doesn't matter wether you take him out or not. Him winning the hand is actually a very profitabe situation for you as you can totally pound on the two mid stacks with the shorty still in. Suck them dry as you can be all in with almost every hand and they wont call with anything because they will have the fear of not cashing.

I'm sure they were mad at you but remember that you do not have any responsaility to make sure others cash.

    Great play!
  5. in all seriousness, this is a great play. The people are just bitching because they want to make the money, you ARE THE BIG STACK. You must keep the bubble alive and i believe this is a fantasic play. You can blind down the 2nd place guy and the 3rd place guy who are both waiting for the guy to bust before they will start to gamble.

anyone who tells u anything different doesnt understand bubble play sngs
  6. you're actually better off losing the hand haha, but totally correct play since you win chips regardless (well most of your bb)
  7. Fine play, like said above you're the big stack. Even if he wins, you still have the bubble to abuse, and thats the fun part.
  8. lol @ original response's "lord no"

    i'll give a "hell yes"
