1/2 NLHE, I have $350, SB has $75, CO+1 has $175. SB makes it $15 preflop and there are 3 other callers so i call w/ 7d7s... flop is 10s8s6s SB shoves in the rest of his $60, CO+1 calls... I'm putting SB on an over pair and figure if i can isolate him, I have a straight flush draw, plus a pair, i figure i have 14 outs, and possibly ahead if he had AK. So i move all in. Is this a bad move considering prior action and the remaining $110ish CO+1 has behind?

Not sure at all how you think you have 14 outs? Chances are very good your 7 isn't high flush so I put you on 4 outs and if he in fact has ak he could easily crush your flush draw with the ace or king and I find that scenario in this spot very likey. I think it's a very bad move but I could be wrong.

I agree....shut down on flop. You missed your set. I think you have 3 outs. No reason to continue.
-
point is, if i can get CO+1 to fold i have 14 outs, cuz SB had 2 red KK, any chance that CO+1 folds to a shove?
-
You missed your set just fold. You have 3 outs. Potentially +1 or 2 more but theres a chance he has you blocked everywhere.

Insta-fold, I'm not even thinking about thinking about calling.
-
well calling was never in question, but by shoving on CO+1(figure he has the nut flush draw), I'm still a 50% to take the side pot, (if SB big pocket pair holds up), and if CO+1 folds i'm getting almost 3:1 with 14 outs(8spades+2 7's+4 9's) against SB.

What part of fold are you failing to grasp here? You have 5 replies and they all said fold.
If he has the nut flush draw he is NEVER folding because he doesn't have enough behind for you to price him out of the pot. You are also assuming that the SB didn't have a spade. I am sure you found out that he had KhKd afterwards and not before. This is not even close. FOLD.
