I probably bet there, check sometimes based on player/feel (like if guy is really stubborn or really floaty/tough, esp. if table is offering you lots of better spots) . I bet most flops I connect with and check-raise sometimes on dry ace- or K-high, again depending on player. You should also consider C/R on some flops you miss though this is not a great candidate because it's pretty moist.

I make it bigger RR preflop as your oop. Also make it so his stack looks like a good 4 bet shove size, like 5500-6000.
I may c-bet like steely said depending on the opponent. vs a rando 100%. -
