    I believe it's only $40 if you cash out more than once in a month. Otherwise for me it has been fairly quick. Maybe a week or a lil over.

    Correct--you don't pay for your first cashout in any month

    Unless I dont get these special priveleges Cake makes you pay $35 for every cashout including your first one. I heard that it was Players Only that pays for your first cashout. Anyways its been taking me roughly 2 weeks to receive the check at my door. Very efficient and smooth process imo.

    Ahhh, excuse me. I was thinking of Players Only, which is on the same netwok. We don't promote Cake here, and I'm not as familiar with their procedures. Sorry!
