    Hello Tim,
To ensure that exposure due to fraud and chargebacks is kept to a minimum Cake Poker utilizes various third party data bases which track and list known individuals and devices that have caused exposure to online companies and financial institutions. We have found linked information on one of these negative data bases common to your account on Cake Poker and as such your account has been permanently closed and your deposit will show as refunded to [FONT=Arial][SIZE=2] your credit card within the next 10 to 15 business days. 2. Pretty self explanatory if you ask me.
  3. maybe they use some processor as others. you ever had a deposit kicked back for any reason (NSF, etc). I'd be more mad about the 10-15 day hold tbh. Can't see how Cake declines a player, they should be doing all they can to gain one
  4. I'm actually shocked that they sent you an email like that. I didn't think their security team was that good. I see way too many bots at their ring game tbls and think they need to crack down on that.
