I've played for years on FTP and stars, but haven't deposited on Cake as of yet. I have played a few freerolls over there though. I'm wondering if Cake poker allows me to receive a real money xfer from another player even though I haven't deposited any funds on the site yet. Anyone know? I thought some sites wouldn't let you receive xferred funds. Thanks!

yes u can recieve xfers without depositing

You can indeed, and you can even start receiving rakeback after doing so.

Hmmm, what did I do wrong then? I signed up for rakeback thru this site but im not getting it. I thought it was because I didnt make a deposit and started with a xfer instead

i have heard if you receive your first deposit as a xfer, that the xfer should come from the rakeback affiliate your signed up with...

PM me your Cake name, and I'll take a look at your account. FYI, you only get paid rakeback once a month on Cake, so you'd be getting your payment for May around today.
