Im sure this has probably been discussed more than once, but im to lazy to look it up and i dont remember hearing anything about it specifically, but why do cake poker scores not count on P5s towards triple crowns/rankings??? I mean its clearly emerging as one of the best "smaller" sites out there.

lol and if i make a post about what tournaments to play in vegas or what hotel has the best rate while im there, or better yet another multi accounting thread ida had 100's of replies already...guess no one knows or cares
-
I think it has something to do with tracking problems bro, that stem from being able to change sigs i'd imagine.
Little more work on their schedule will be > than Cerus. -
Yeah I wish it was.... i'd prob have 4500+ points....
But anyhow, thanks alot wade for telling everyone basically to play there..... SHEESH!!
But seriously, it is a very nice up and coming site and they are adding more and more playable tournaments to their schedule! Software is kinda mehhh, but i cant not play there.... I just wish you could not repeatedly change your screen name there... makes it a bit tougher with the regulars!

yea i remember when of the administrates sayin they've been tryin 2 get a datafeed w/ cake set up but hasnt happeneed yet, and the whole changing names whenever probably creates its own issues as well.

Is Cake any good? I need a new place to play after the stars self exclusion. What are they like with cashouts?
-
Lol is that the reason for self exclusion?! So you can deposit on another site. WP.

if you have a screen name on that site that you hold on to long enough to accumulate significant PLB, you're doing it wrong
-
Three to four weeks for cashouts unfortunately.
-
I posted on this a while ago asking same thing and PM'd the admin at P5s, apparently its gonna happen sometime in the next few weeks and is currently at the test stage. I'm in the same boat as a lot of people, having had a great run on Cake but not having any points to show for it on p5s....

more like 2-3 months i have a friend who just got his check from
there after over 2 months and no where will cash it they telling him to fax the check back they are always claiming to have problems with the check proccessors i have never recieved a check from them in less than 5 weeks and has been as long as 4 months how is it u can have your $ from basically any other site in 3 -4 days yet best you are gonna get out of them is 5 weeks from what ive seen i believe they are very shady ive heard the same thing from several of the players there -
I have been waiting 6 weeks for my check than I get a email saying I will have it in 2 more weeks.....well see..2 months is a loooong time
-
A couple months ago checks were taking ~20 business days. Dont listen to these idiots I've never had a problem cashing a check from them or getting one. My last few checks have been at my door in less than 2 weeks.
Wouldnt recommend to low stakes players cuz min cashout is $500 and $35 courier fee. -
That's correct. CakePoker is particularly difficult to track because of the player name changes and the fact that they won't give us a feed. IIRC, they have said they would, but they haven't followed through yet.
-
Min. Cashout is $500???? That is rough.
-
min by check is 500...but there r other ways to cash out where min is 50...i use ewallet...now i know that ewallet has an expensive 10% charge to get the money back to US bank but...
you could use the money that u have on ewallet to deposit on bodog/ap/ub or where ever they accept ewallet and cash out through there sites...bodog checks are only taking a couple days now...they have def improved cash out speed.
cake poker out of all the small sites is my fav right now...good games, rakeback, cool rewards and shop, great lobby, software run smoothly for me. -
I like cake poker as a medium stakes player, cashouts dont effect me much. The gold cards and gold chips are outright amazing. Their rewards program is def the sickest online by far. Example being this weekend I got a free entry into the 30k guarentee with just a small percent of my built up rewards.
But it wont ever grow to be a large site IMO. Honestly who wants to have a minimum cashout of $500 and a $35 fee? A site that has standards as high as those will always stop them from growing. Its a very bad marketing decision whoever decided to have it that way. Alot of people look for a conv place for cashouts, deposits. This is not one of those -
Im talking about players only poker, son! I just checked min cashout is $50 and yes I am still waiting for check....5 weeks
