Reader's Digest Version
*Did not receive rakeback from Cake last month and asked why
*Was informed deposit bonuses and deposit fees are levied against earned rake as of 12/1/07
*Realized they are charging out 8% on epass transactions (deposit or withdraw) against earned rake
Cake says epass charges them 8% on all transactions. Is it reasonable for Cake to take this money out of earned rake acct for withdrawals? How about deposits? Do other sites rakeback deals have similar rules?
Also, HOW MUCH SKRILLA IS EPASS MAKING???
Hello xxxx,
Thank you for your email. Up to this point in time we have been fortunate enough to be able to absorb all our player's processing fees. As we strive to maintain our position in the market we are now forced to start deducting depositing fees as of December 1st, 2007.
The deposit fee that you see in the RakeBack stats page is deducted from your gross Rakeback. In real terms Cake Poker is recovering only 33% of the deposit fee from your Rakeback. If you have any questions about your RakeBack deal we would ask you that you please contact your RakeBack Affiliate.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Sean
