Was just reading Helmuth's blog on Cardplayer. Every blog of his consists of bragging and name-dropping. Pretty amusing & nauseating at the same time. Here are some excerpts from his latest one...

Obv cant take anything away from phil, with all his accomplishments, but he's def a douchebag

i cant speak for everyone on the list but last time i was in vegas i met scotty and me and my buddy talk to him for id say a good 10 minutes and he was very nice, i cant say one bad thing about him....

This judgement is based on a few things, articles they have written, the way they present themselves on TV and in interviews, personal interactions I/or personal friends of mine have had w/ them at the tables or in public. I would say if u asked most people in the poker world these 5 people are not very well liked in general. Just an observation/ opinion.

Errrr....Tony G is known as one of the nicer guys in poker...so your judgment has thus lost all credibility.

All those guys are alright in my experience. You shouldn't pay to much heed to what you see on TV.

These are just my own experiences, if other people have had other experiences so be it. But dont just assume that i saw somebody on TV for 5 min and just automatically label them as a d-bag.
