  2. So you were playing and then got booted out?

Or you had won a ticket for the tourney and you can't log in to play?

  4. I would e-mail them right away or try and see if you can log on somewhere else. Have a friend log you in and stay on the phone with him while he tells you your hands or something. I know its not right but you gotta do something man. GL hope you get on.
  5. Uninstall it or reboot your comp. You have 5k chips..u don't have to worry for like 3 hrs.
  6. Already tried both. Has never happened before. Yeah, I sent emails...Still waiting

  7. Did you try another computer and or different ip address? I heard of that happening if you like wrote a bad check or something they freeze your account. But I am sure they would notify you through your e-mail.

O and if they think you are related to someone that owes em money. That happened to a friend of mine and it was a huge hassle getting it back and running.
  8. your account is clearly locked for one reason or another...email them and find out why, gl

  9. I am not exactly in the same boat as you, but FTP has been acting weird for me as well lately. I will have an internet browser up and be able to search the web with a fine connection, but on FTP I will be having all sorts of connection problems and sometimes have to log off and log back on. Unfortunately for me, this always seems to happen really deep in tournaments when my hole cards are either AKhh, KK, or the like. Has cost me some serious money on final table bubbles :-(

good luck getting it back up and running again. I would suggest calling a friend that would be available and going over to their house to play, rather than waste precious time trying to get it to work at your house.
  10. I did try another computer. I do not have any issues with my account. I play small and have just 1 friend transfer me money. Nothing big. Just fustrating. Anyways thanks for the help.

  13. Well if that's the case and ftp is screwing you over basically. You should get that money back. Otherwise the dood that transfers you money screwed ftp over using e-checks and you getting screwed for it. And they would send you an e-mail sayin bla bla bla you are associated with so and so account and until there account is resolved your account is frozen.
  14. Hum. I will ask him. I know he uses bank wires and in the past there has not been a issue. Thanks.

So I get blinded down to 1,300 and all of sudden I am able to log in. I play the first hand dealt A10s and am called by A5. I lose. I should be refunded, right?

  15. well you had a better shot at a refund before you played imo. but it probably wasn't happening anyway.
