Carbon Poker Withdraws...

    on the withdraw page it says checks usually take 3 weeks, this monday will be 6 weeks since i got my withdraw approved......i plan on heading to vegas in a few weeks soo i withdrew my check a little early.......

    so i talk to live support and tell them it's been 6 weeks and he tells me: "It normally takes 3 weeks for the check delivery; however, there has been a delay on the processors. I apologize for this. I suggest to allow couple of weeks more."

    wtf this is bullshit.....anyone else have this problem.....

    Carbon almost always took 4+ weeks to receive a check. Thats why I stopped playing there. Dont play Carbon Poker.

    Plus I heard their checks have been bouncing lately. Dont play Carbon Poker.

    Like I just responded in a Full Tilt thread about this, this is the fault of the lawmakers in the US. Check processing is not an easy thing to do for the online operators who serve US players. Carbon doesn't have trouble paying people when they have a WAY to pay the person. The issue is finding a way to do it and that is not as easy as snapping their fingers and being done with it (like you might think).

    FWIW, a bouncing check doesn't mean what you think it means. It doesn't mean they're out of money, it means their check processor got shut down and the money was seized. They have the money, just not in that US account that they were attempting to pay you from.

    All that being said, they clearly need to step it up a bit if it's really taking them many months to process a check.

    if u use usemywallet it takes a max of about 2 weeks. a couple times ive had cashouts processed and sent in 2 days.

    why would they still be trying to use U.S. banks or processers? I got $5000 from pokerstars like 8 months ago from the [admin edit, this was a bank name] in 10 to 12 days, signed the back and deposited it in my U.S. bank account, no problem.

    Yea but when I played Carbon I was playing Bodog at the same time, and would withdraw from both sites. The checks had same bank name etc but I would receive Bodog's within a week while carbon took 2 months. So this was a case of the same processor being used, but just slow expediting by the site - Carbon. Theres no excuse for 8 week checks everytime when they're using the same processors as everybody else.

    carbon takes foreverrr to get, i took like 3 months for my check and support was just as slow

    Do u need to deposit with usemywallet before u can cash out with it?

    echeck ftw. I never fuck with getting a mailed check. Haven't had one issue getting it withdrawn to my bank acct.
