Hey,
I was wondering for online cash games how far stake wise can you go
playing TAG before you have to be able to play both styles for it to be profitable?
I recently read HoC1 and 2 and he said at Loose tables Tight play makes money.
At Tight tables Loose play makes money, I'm currently only playing $25 NL buyins
but I figured I would be forced to play mostly LAG at the .25/.50 NL being that its
mostly just tight tables. I was told TAG will work up to $1/$2 NL but I was just
wanting to find out for sure, I know all the Top Pros play mostly LAG but just
wondering when do you really have to be able to play LAG and switch back and
forth and be flexible to make money? Thanks in advance for any and all opinions.

I'm in your same general niche in poker, been sticking mainly to 25nl poker in the last few weeks, but in the past i've ventured into 50nl and 200nl a few times. The play is really almost exactly the same as 25. There might be one more player at the table who is more respectable, but overall TAG worked very successfuly for me. Although imo TAG and LAG are really only different pre flop, and in cash games the real + and - EV situations come post flop and beyond.
