Certainly could be that he has the nuts with the turn minraise and river shove, but i dont think i can lay down the second nuts here.
It is .02/.05 and as you have described him as a active player who raises and reraises a lot, 1) he could be making this play with 1 pair, 2 pair or even a bluff, and 2) he probably would have reraised AJ preflop.
