cashing out before december 1st?

    I'm not clear on what the legislation means for us on December 1st...as I have not yet taken the time to wade through it.

    If transactions are going to be denied by financial institutions, I'm assuming this means both deposits and cashouts/checks?

    Should we be cashing out the majority of our money before december 1st just to be on the safe side?

    Many people are already having huge problems cashing out. Best bet is keep the money on if you wanna still play because getting money on will just keep getting harder

    I don't know. I just read the article and I am still confused. I think on December 1st the financial institutions will get in trouble for doing transactions with poker sites. I think it will be harder to get money on and off the sites. Maybe someone can give more insight. Prolly need to use more than one word Frank.

    I mean...if getting money OFF is also going to be much harder, it seems that taking off a substantial portion now would make a hell of a lot of sense.

    I have been cashing out more often just in case. I don't think much will change because most banks are already complying, but you never know.

    the way that I understood the legislation is that it will be illegal for banks to process transactions TO known gambling sites. To the best of my knowledge, there is no ban/restriction on transactions coming to a player/gambler.

    The legislation was ~100pgs long but if I recall there was an atty who is an expert in gambling law who reviewed it and came to this conclusion.

    If someone can put the pieces to gether of what I'm trying to say, please do.

    Man this is going to suck why is the US so gay will we ever have freedom so to speak.. Can't play online but can go to a casino of rigged slots and lose but not online so fnnn stupid...
