Casinos/Card Rooms in North Carolina??

    I may be buying a house in Charlotte and I can't seem to find any info on casinos/card rooms, besides a slot casino... Any info would be very helpful, I don't want this to be a deal breaker but if there isn't any way to play on a reg basis I could b fked lol...

    There are some regular home games and some big homes games like 20 min away in Monroe. There is a slot casino with electronic poker like 3 hours away.

    Bout it after that.

    Appst are these home games local to Charlotte? I would be looking for a 2/5 5/5 game that was a reg game w/o some ridiculous rake.

    There are daily tourneys (3-5 tables) mid stakes and cash games contact this number for info Nate 704-779-4144 or ALan 704-733-8700. THis should be exactly what your looking for.

    Cherokee has PokerTec tables...spread cash daily with some STT's and MTT's mixed in now...the 1/2 and 2/5 games are super soft...I try to make it up on Tuesdays when I'm off...no tips...normal rake...

    i live in NC and while I've never been, I know there are "party boats" in Myrtle Beach that go out to international waters and open up a full casino..FYI
