what is being referred to when a chargeback or nsf is mentioned? does it have to do w/ a card or is it referring to collusion?
-
Thats when somebody makes a cc deposit and then the actual card owner complains that it wasnt them and the charge is reversed. The scammer got the funds, the guy who got his card comprimised gets his money back even if he was retarded enuf to let it happen by phishing etc. and the 3rd party (the poker site) is out the cash.

Not Sufficient Funds. It's a bank thing. You broke man.
-
It is probably referring to either a credit card dispute that was filed after depositing on a poker site or using the e-check deposit method without the funds in your checking account. Basically trying to scam the site after you've played with the credit the site gave you.

okay, I guess the two together is as the in-between poster said.

Thanks for the info.
