    I have been working very hard on this event and it is finally starting to take shape. The location will be about 15 miles east of St. Louis. It will benefit my nonprofit and help Veterans with various employment barriers. If anyone has any questions please feel free send a PM.

    We are going to have a huge day of poker for the Veterans Leadership Program. This is going to be an excellent opportunity to win a trip to Las Vegas and play in the biggest poker tournament in the world.

    Scheduled Events
    1st Place- $10,000 Seat to the 2008 WSOP Main Event -PLUS- $1,000 Travel Voucher

    This tournament will be played in 2 flights to accommodate everyone
    You may play in the 2nd flight, if you get eliminated in the first flight.

    12 PM Flight 1- 200 Max Players -No Limit Hold’em Tournament
    $120 Buy-in- 2000 Chips- 15 minute Blinds
    $30 Pre-Tourney Add-on- 2000 Chips
    Optional One Time Only Rebuy - $50 for 2000 chips
    Flight plays down to top 40% of field or to completion of Level 10, whichever occurs first - CHIPS ADVANCE- Play resumes at 7PM
    Example- 200 Entrants- 80 Players advance to Main Event
    Flight 1 will end before flight 2 begins!

    3 PM Flight 2- 200 Max Players -No Limit Hold’em Tournament
    $120 Buy-in- 2000 Chips- 15 minute Blinds
    $30 Pre-Tourney Add-on- 2000 Chips
    Optional One Time Only Rebuy - $50 for 2000 chips
    Flight plays down to top 40% of field or to completion of Level 10, whichever occurs first - CHIPS ADVANCE- Play resumes at 7PM

    7 PM - Main Event- WSOP Qualifier- No Limit Hold’em Tournament
    Blinds will be increased to 20 minutes

    FOR THOSE WHO WOULD PREFER CASH OR ARE UNDER 21
    Gift certificates will be issued in lieu of $10,000 seat (Travel voucher forfeited) as well as for all payouts over $250. Brokers will be on hand to repurchase gift certificates for cash.

    Did I mention ages 18 - 20 can play in these events?
