Over 14 hands (I know super small sample) villain had 83/44/44.4 (VPIP/PFR/3bet) what would you do in this spot?
  2. Meh spot. Guy is obviously playing pretty much every hand over a small sample. His bet sizing indicates he's a monkey. However, without seeing how he's played past hands, it's hard to say. Would he do this with a flush draw? Gut shot draw? A4-A9?

I don't mind making marginal calls against bad players like this because I'm overrolled for any cash games I play. I generally find a call here will be +EV, although sometimes pretty marginal. Without more information, you could be getting value owned accidentally by a button clicker or snapping off a stupid bluff/shove with minimal equity. So I would make the call most of the time. However, if calling and losing would bother you/tilt you/make you question your decision making, I can see finding a fold.
