    It's not a chip dump.

    Open shoving for 28x BB any two cards, while not exactly a sound strategy, actually happens fairly often by poor players. He might have been bored or frustrated with his lack of cards and decided to just shove.

    Chip dumps are very difficult to accomplish in large field tournaments. You have to be lucky enough to sit at the same table with your accomplice. Plus - with 4 people still to act behind - this would not have been the time to dump chips (since you don't want anyone else in the hand).

    Just a bad play. But if you are concerned - send an e-mail to the site asking them to investigate. We all pay a bunch of rake - let's make them earn some of it once in a while.
