what qualifies as chip dumping? any thoughts? Here he called 600 but folded to the extra 125. doesnt seem fair to me.

or he's a. an idiot, never a possibility to be discounted b. he was multi tabling and didn't realize how little he had to call for? If its a chip dump its a pretty obvious and stupid one.
