chip dumping vs really bad player

    Another player said he was going to report these two for cheating/chip dumping. The guy who folded has very bad stats: per Sharkscope Snowman had -26% roi for -$577 of profit on 1259 games. Sthil123 has a +13% roi for +$7937 on 12,912 games. I think it is bad play. What do you think?

    Report it if you're that suspicious. I know I've seen several folds with odds as ridiculous as those and sometimes (especially preflop) someone just wasnt paying attention or was multi tabling and just misclicked but to have that kind of betting pattern is a little fishy. stars will know if there's a connection or not between the two players

    That's pretty bad but I would hope they wouldn't chip dump and make it that obvious. I have seen those folds many times at that level though so it could definitely just be really poor play. Report if it will make you feel better though.

    My thought was that it was a poor play given the level and his stats. There was another player who wanted to report it and started the whole conversation after this hand. I don't have a problem not reporting it and probably will forget it by tomorrow.

    It could be a bad play but the fold isn't necessarily bad. Say he's got 45o. It's 145 to call, and the pot is 7900. He has to win the pot 1.6% of the time for it to be a good call, and he won't.

    I suppose if *could* be a chip dump, but I see so many people make plays that are equally ridiculous against me, who I have never met in my life.
