  1. Anybody have advice on what should be done if you decide to chop a tourney pot, While typing the email to stars the other player jumped back in and blinded me out in about 20 seconds
  2. email them have the tourney number ready and they will review it. I hoope you get a fair deal man that is some cold shit
  3. Not knowing the details, but at a minimum, I'd have stars review the chat to see if the azzhole indeed mislead you.

    What's his name?
  4. i had it happen, and if in fact you agreed in chat, i know for a fact that stars will enforce it, i had it happen, within 2 hours i had my money
  5. i usually send stars an email when there are 5 of us left, and they're there within 5 minutes. be sure to write something like "URGENT: SUPPORT NEED AT FINAL TABLE OF TOURNY ******" in the subject line

it has been a week ps says it looking into it. also got this response first

lease note that pokerstars cannot enforce tournament chops or deals

made in chat while a PokerStars Host is not present. Such deals

should be considered gentlemen's agreements, bound only by the honour

    of the individuals making them.

We do not wish to see any of our players hurt or misled by individuals

who make and subsequently renege on such deals, and therefore strongly

recommend that you do not make such unenforceable deals, or only

make them when you trust the other party.

If a player sits back in, you should consider the deal is off and should

continue to play. As there is not complete certainty as to the intent of the deal based

on the chat logs (appended below), we are unable to alter the official

outcome or results of tournament # 4485721.

If you wish to chop a tournament in the future, please have all

players sit out of the tournament and have someone Email

support@pokerstars.com with a subject line similar to:

URGENT: Deal Made in Tourney #1267226

We look for such subject lines in the Email queue and will arrive at

your table as soon as possible to supervise and finalize the deal.

Thank you for playing, and good luck in your next tournament here on

    PokerStars.

    Regards,

    Narinder
