We were playing a 200k 10 seat satty.... 11 players left and two players at the other table start talking.... stlcardinals and myself (Temet_Nosce_) are watching from the other table... Backeastmike2 and HawaIIisgreat are short..... Opinions please...
BACKEASTMIKE2: cmon..give us short stacks a chance..at least let us take
BACKEASTMIKE2: our big blinds down
[dealer] Player HAWAIISGREAT has requested additional time. There are currently 10 seconds remaining for player HAWAIISGREAT to act.
BACKEASTMIKE2: we are should agree on letting the big blind take the pot
BACKEASTMIKE2: so the other table goes out first
HAWAIISGREAT: check it down and take ur time lol
BACKEASTMIKE2: ok
STLCARDINALS6: collusion
TEMET_NOSCE_: yup
STLCARDINALS6: send chat...
HAWAIISGREAT: lol
HAWAIISGREAT: wow
HAWAIISGREAT: girls'
HAWAIISGREAT: u had the ace?
BACKEASTMIKE2: yes
HAWAIISGREAT: mike?
BACKEASTMIKE2: trying to save you money
HAWAIISGREAT: wow nh
HAWAIISGREAT: lol
BACKEASTMIKE2: so you would not bet -
I sent this to AP/UB security 3 days ago with no response... Not even one email as to say they were even reviewing it.... And they wonder why no one wants to play on their site....
-
Looks like clear collusion to me, but I wonder where they draw the line for this.
Can you get in trouble for suggesting collusion if nobody else accepts it? Can you get away with saying something sneaky like "the guy on the other table is really short stacked, I might as well play nice and fold every hand..." -
Either way you draw the line they should've atleast sent me an email stating they were reviewing it.... I've been playing on AP for years and this is how they are going to treat their players.... I see why no one likes to play there anymore... Guess I will be moving to ftp or ps... don't really know anyone on those sites, gl me..

I'm switchin from UB myself...this only helps

Cut and dry collusion.. Unfortunately, FTP would take their time getting back to you as well, stars would need to 'research' things and take a couple of weeks but at least respond to you within a day or two that this was occurring and that they take the integrity of their game seriously.. LOL @ neither player thinking there is a problem even after the collusion being called out..
Would post a link to this in the Cereus improvement thread and PM Cereus_Adrienne as she logs on every few days or so and has been helpful to me in the past. I am not sure if this is out of her area of help, but its worth a shot since maybe she can help here.. -

Also who emails UB or AP? Live chat wtf.
Reason: live chats -
Can someone link this? This would be a horrible ruling by stars if the case..

I want to see this as well. If there is some reason they can't rule this collusion (seems weird), then you would rule it softplaying each other, which is also illegal.

I had a very similar situation happen in the 1.5k 4 seated with five left. I was at a table of 3 and the table of 2 agreed to fold every hand, they blatantly said it. I bitched and sent and email to UB and their response said it wasn't collusion and that they had said nothing about not playing and that their chat had occurred mch earlier than the time I had specified. It was so blatant and everyone at my table agreed. Complete disregard for us who play there ALL THE TIME as I know you do temet. I still play there of course and definitely like UB but it really put sour taste in my mouth. Good luck. Hopefully they get their shit together.

Dear Jeremy,
Thank you for your email.

Unfortunately, we can only discuss actions taken against a purportedly offending player with the registered account holder. We do not reveal the identity of players who make the reports, nor do we release any other information concerning the case. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Thank you once more for your report.

THIS IS GREAT SERVICE, I'm glad you take "great pride in providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment" but this is not enjoyable..... -
Hey guys,
I already sent a message to Jverse about the situation and what I am doing right now to help him out. But I also wanted to share with the rest a bit of info on what happens on these cases.
Basically we try to have a 3 hour response time; however, there are times when the workload is so high that we cannot comply with that. Still, we have our 24/7 chat service and a phone number for our Security team where we can take care of most cases. Obviously there are queries we cannot check on the chat or on the phone because an investigation has to take place. Depending on the investigation it may take from 48 hours to a week or two. In this particular case, I'm requesting the hand history to be reviewed for more unusual patterns between the two players, plus we will take into account the chat logs to come to a decision.
I understand what you would tend to think that we should resolve these cases faster, but we need deeply investigate before accusing or taking any measures against a player, that is why we do not share with you what measures we applied to a player or at times we cannot honor an award that was already given. Nonetheless, I can assure you that we check thoroughly on each case and that the player's safety is priority.
I am happy to help you guys with any situation you encounter and to make sure the service you guys receive is top notch. So anything you guys come across I'll be happy to check on.
Cheers!

I did speak with chat three times and they stated they couldn't help me because of the issue and when I asked for a Security phone number they told me they didn't have one. Luckily I had the number from a while back when I had to call. But, they couldn't help me either, they said I needed to contact "Poker Security" which didn't have a number.

Either way, I appreciate your response and your help. This is the most progress I've seen in almost a week. I will wait to hear from you soon.
Thanks.
