    OMFG...........

    I cannot belive what they have done. It is the craziest thing that a poker site could do.

    1. The responded to a question within 8 hours

    2. They didnt respond just once. They responded 3 times to the same question!

    3. They processed and sent me a check with 28 hours!

    Very impressed UB! Keep it up and maybe just maybe people will come back.

    I read somewhere that they're under new management so maybe better customer service

    Congratulations!!!!! I am still waiting for a response to an email sent 4 days ago - I even resent yesterday and still nothing....I like the site and the structure, but the customer service sux!

    I've had excellent customer service recently, got a response within minutes when I had a live play issue and I recieved a cashout check in less than a week...UB seems to be on the right track now

    I can honestly say I have never had any problems with their Customer Service. ALways quick responses when I have issues... which is nice.

    I actually sent them an e-mail saying thank you for the fast response and 8 min later they sent a e-mail back saying your welcome.

    I have had FAST withdraws lately with UB. Check was quick. And, I still use my Visa to deposit.

    My favourite site to play on, but service is frustrating.

    I emailed them 4 days ago with customer service request ... still waiting for an answer .....

    It takes me 3 weeks to get cheques. I know i'm in New Zealand, but 3 weeks is still a long time....
