Is this common Full Tilt crap?

    I just started playing on fulltilt less than 2 months ago. I had been doing very good in the tourneys and the small live games as well. On Friday the 13th....yeah that is scary....anyway the server crashed or something and i checked on pocketfives to see and was assured to see that everyone was disconnected....this lasted well over an hour and when I was finally able to log on I was greeted by my tourney tables that were paused but was also greeted by almost zero stacks. It was obvious that this crash did not effect everyone and the one guy left online was able to gather everyones chips.

    I wrote support immediatly and didnt get any response other than the automated crap. This has been well over a week ago now and I have written to them.....well too many times to count but at least 30 times. I got one response that was not automated explaining they were investigating. That was days ago.

    Is this normal for this site? What the heck??? I am beyond frustrated with them and that I had cashed out previous to this and now cant redeposit because they have a stupid deposit limit that lasts for 90 days?>??? lol Perhaps it is a sign...

    I still haven't got a real answer on that issue either. I was 3 handed in the 24 dollar tournament, over 1100 players and potentially got screwed out of 3k. I at least want equity.

    This affected a lot of people. The response you got is the only one I know of at this point.......myself included.

    i emailed them once they emailed back 3 months later no bullshit,,,,,dont play on tilt because of that,,,you gotta have a million dollar roll there to get your emails answered

    ok so yesterday i decided to write them an email every hour on the hour. GOOD NEWS!!! I have stopped getting the automated responses!! I emailed ftpdoug and he resonded this morning so I am holding on to a this thread of hope that he might be able to help me. Thanks for at least responding to my email doug....I dont feel completly hopeless anymore!
