    Just a general discussion question.

    What is the first thought when you see a youngish asian guy at a table? (super lagtard?)

    Older asian gentleman? (Super gambler?)

    Unabomber white guy look alike with hoodie, Ipod, sunglasses? (super trying to hard?)

    Anyone with a visible poker tatoo? (super stupid?)

    Old White Dude? (try to tilt by cracking his aces with 5 6 suited?)

    Ugly old woman? (try to stack?)

    Hot younger woman? (just hit on her?)

    Poker acquaitence (not a friend but a regular you actually can stand?)

    Really Good friend (try to stack even harder, AND slow roll his ass?)

    And the 65+ stud crowd?

    Yes! That stack will be mine. LOLz. Like to whip out my sunglasses, put them on, stare into his soul, and then slow roll the nuts as I take his last chips.

    Old White Dude?
    2 types -- Super tight nit who will go on monkey tilt when you crack his aces, or likely to be playing any two trying to crack your aces.

    Ugly old woman?
    They never bluff.

    Hot younger woman?
    Usually playing with boyfriends money. tightish, so don't bluff, you will be able to get the money in at better spots eventually.

    Poker acquaitence (not a friend but a regular you actually can stand?)

    And then get up and do victory dance around the table.

    I dont think you could possibly be more right. Maybe the hot chics i would worry about bc the tend to be nitty and look for any reason in the world to justify a call. "Oh if the 3 of spades came i woulda had a straight flush i cant fold that" God Forbid they have more than 1 or 2 outs. Sorry having bad flashabcks to my last time in AC. Great post though

    haha, every poker stereotype per demographic has been pretty much true in my opinion in lots of hours of live playing.

    young asian guy- if its low limits (1/2nl, up to 10/20 limit) either too tight and serious or toooo loose. They tend to have terrible bankroll management and play way too high. beware ones sitting at 5/10nl and 20/40 limit+ that look like regulars.

    older asian gentlemen- terrible unless very quiet and serious

    unabomber guy- terrible and will tilt since he prolly thinks every hand he loses is unlucky and that he is better than everyone

    visible poker tattoo- if tatoo is fading hes prolly underestimated

    old white dude- especially egotistical when it comes to being "outplayed" especially by someone very young. will rage call you if he thinks he can somehow embarrass you

    ugly old woman - just awful

    hot younger woman- if above 2/5nl be suspicious, if lower just play against her as if she was a e a .1/.02 online player

    poker acquatance- flash a couple aces here and there when you raise their blinds, make up hands you had when they muck and seem disapointed, all set up for a bigger bluff

    really good friend- outplay, slowroll, bluff and show, ask dealer to see his cards whenever he goes to showdown even if he mucks just to piss him off
