  1. To the computer experts on P5's, I am having a problem with Full Tilt. I can not open up the icon on my desktop so I am trying to uninstall and then download the software. When I go to remove and uninstall I get this message pop-up--" Uninstallation cannot continue while file
    "c:\program files\full tilt poker\full tilt poker.exe is in use"----????

    Any help is appreciated.

  11. You can try this:

Also, have you run any spyware software to clearn your system lately? (i.e. spybot, adaware?)
  12. Ran spybot and everything was ok. I will try the download now. Thanks.

  13. Did you try changing the ballbearings????
  14. sounds like it may be something wrong with the pc loadletter
  15. Really guys, I'm pretty sure it's the TCP/IPX 9.3 GTFO settings in I-D 10 t run command.
  16. If you haven't fixed the problem yet, I would go into Control Panel and run "Add or remove programs". Then highlight Full Tilt Poker and click change/remove. Then got to Full Tilt's website and re-download and install latest software from site. If this fails then it is probably some other issue on your computer.
  17. get a new computer.
  18. pc loadletter... wtf is pc loadletter?
  19. Try the bridging method to fixing your computer....

Throw the damn thing off the highest bridge in your town and get a new Sony Vaio laptop with a 17" widescreen.
  20. I had the same problem and turns out it was my kadidlypin ?? I have no idea what that is but it was cheap to fix compared to fixing my castangas valve, that was a bitch and a lot of money.

  21. If none of this is working especially the reboot and the spyware/AV stuff (Strangely not suprised the flux capacitor problem was overlooked :-) ) then do the following:

    Assuming you are running Xp/2000

    Start> Run

    Type "msconfig"

Go to the tab on the right "startup"

Look for one that says fulltilt.exe or similar - now check it then save and reboot again.

    Now try it.

If that doesn't work go to windows explorer and check out the startup folders in all users default user and your profile (fastest way to do this is to search for folders called startup).

Delete any full tilt shortcuts in this folder.

That should sort the issue out.

If not then the registry is probably screwed - so you can either get a reg removal program which can be dicey or if you know how to boot up to a command prompt or safe mode and delete it that way.
  22. Sounds like the canooter valve is stuck. This is terminal to a machine's life...

If there aren't any bridges near your house...

Just toss it into the highway during rush hour traffic...

  23. Serious Answer:

Reboot your computer... while it is posting but before you see the Windows XP logo (I'm assuming you're using winxp), tap the F8 key a few times. That should load a startup menu with a bunch of different choices... select Safe Mode from the list... once booted into safe mode, go to the control panel and use Add/Remove Programs to uninstall Full Tilt... then reboot.

    Cheers
  24. 1) Uninstall.

    2) Reinstall.

    3) Reboot.

    * Problem solved.
