  1. Very Simple:

If you are questioning it stay at work, you will KNOW when it isn't worth it anymore...
  2. I think it is important to know some important info here, like are u single? with no children? if noone else relies on income from you , then it may be workable for you, altho i do not recommend it. looking at your stars stats you should not try it. you say you won 3k in a 150nl game but forget to mention you have spent 3100 to win that 3k. your overall numbers on stars show you as a losing mtt player. i suppose if you have a years worth of living expenses in savings and dont mind blowing thru that chasing a dream and you are young with noone depending on you, then thats fine to try it. my suggestion would be for you to keep your job and play recreationally. until you become more consistantly in the money. sorry if this upsets you but i thought i should be honest with you.
  3. dont forget to factor in your benefits offered at your job also, my benefit package at work is valued at more than 40k a year when you factor in my pension, family medical and dental plan, 401k, workers comp, and life insurance. so your 45k a year job could very well be a 80k a year job. i do not know what your company offers. but i know my 80k a year job become 120k a year job when i factor all this in. this info can probably be obtained by your HR dept. and do not think medical insurance is not a necessity, because it is.
