Is this continuation bet as horrible as I think it is?

I am willing to defend the preflop raise since I'm pretty sure I'm ahead (considering previous play of button and small blind) and the pot is big enough to shut it down preflop (especially since button is pot stuck). Stilll in hindsight after the flop I think I need to check this all the way down unless a red Queen or Ace comes on the turn.

This is a $3 Stars Rebuy and we're within 100 of the bubble.
